Lemony Fingerling Potato Bake Wash potatoes and cut lengthwise. toss potatoes with oil. toss with rosemary, thyme, and lemon wedges in a roasting pan. season with salt and pepper, then roast potatoes under the rotisserie chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Stir occasionally to coat with chicken drippings and cook evenly. Season once more with salt and pepper before serving.

HOLY MOLY..I've heard this is so good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers!
